Testimonials 101 - How I tell leads their social proof should be working harder.
Last month I had a call with a fabulous trade association Marketing Head (reproduced with permission):
He wants to double memberships over 2 years.
Explaining membership benefits in a stand-out and clear way would help him make that home run.
When I brought up why his testimonials should be animated (his firm has plenty), he was all ears.
So my show-and-tell consisted of:

Post them on your socials, website, expo screens even embed in your newsletter.
One eye-popping asset, multiple platforms. I just love that.
If you don’t have the resources to create live video testimonials, animation is the next best thing.
