Thanks for dropping by. I created the Design Before Motion collab series to share my love of Mid-Century Modern design and to act selfishly as ring master to find the best damn motion designers on the planet. The DBM collab series brings together both. Who knows where this will end, our truck rumbles on. It's been fun to meet creatives and share our love of stand-out design.

Animators are paired randomly with the designs. They then get to do what they do best - make it move. Following Collab 01, John Green entered the circus and got involved with his sound crew. From Collab 02 onwards the series includes bespoke audio on each animation. A great opportunity for motion designers to collaborate with sound engineers in the truest sense.

A huge thanks to everyone involved. The animations and sound are produced in our creators’ own time with nothin’ but love and determination to pursue their craft. Great design always comes before great motion.
